Idu Flowstation Revamping Phase 2 N-LNG Trains 4/5 Gas Supply Project

Idu Flowstation F/S is located in Rivers State, in the Niger Delta are of Nigeria, and it is currently treating the production from Idu field and from Samabri/Biseni field. The gross liquid (oil and water) is sent to Brass terminal while the separated gas is flared. The present project “N-LNG, Phases 4/5 Gas Supply Project-Idu Gas Field Development-Idu Flowstation Revamping, Phase 2” covers, mainly, the installation of process and service units for oil production and gas delivery to Ob/Ob gas plant as follows:

• Installation of a new separator (NAG separator) to treat the production from the new Idu NAG wells
• Installation of a LP/MP Turbo Compressor System, to ensure the required gas pressure for delivery to Ob/Ob Gas Plant
• Installation of a Launching Trap for the 18”gas pipeline to Ob/Ob, installation of an 18”Receiving Trap and Slug Catcher in Ob/Ob Gas Plant, and interconnection with the existing facilities
• Installation of Flaring and Blowdown systems
• Installation of a new Power Generation System, to supply power to Idu F/S, Samabri C2 F/S and its surrounding communities via overhead lines
• Installation of a Fuel Gas Treatment System, to ensure the required gas quality at the inlet of the new Gas Turbines
• Installation of a new Gas Boot
• Installation of a new Liquid Metering Station

• Installation of a Water Treatment System to remove the residual oil from the produced water
• Installation of a Diesel Oil System
• Installation of a Water Well System, and Potable Water System
• Installation of an Instrument Air System
• Installation of a Nitrogen Generation System
• Installation of a Chemical Injection System
• Upgrade of the Firefighting System
